Gavazo provides comparison tools and technology that facilitate access to money transfer and related financial services offered by regulated partners.

Gavazo is not a bank. Settlement, custody, money transmission, and banking services are provided by licensed third-party partners unless otherwise stated.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

We may require identity verification, additional authentication, or enhanced due diligence before enabling send features.

Displayed exchange rates, fees, and competitor comparisons are provided for information and may change without notice until a quote is confirmed.

Paid subscription benefits are described at checkout and on your account subscription page. Benefits may be limited by plan, corridor, or partner availability.

You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, abusive automation, or interference with platform security.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk concerns.

Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Gavazo does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Gavazo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or partner outages.
